The device has a movable chassis (1), a foldable . platform (2) with supportive wheels (3), a triple step telescopic extender column (9), an elevator platform (12), a rope drive system (6, 11) with a rope driving pulley (10) and shaft (8), a worm gear drive (7), a hand crank wheel (4), and a removable crank handle (5). The worm gear drive (7) simultaneously transmits manual rotary motion to the rope drive while inherently arresting free fall of the elevator platform and payload under gravity, eliminating the need for external brakes or electricity. The triple step telescopic column (9) extends step-by-step during ascent and compresses fully for compact storage. The foldable platform (2) with supportive wheels (3) provides a stationary load-receiving stage that contacts the floor when unfolded, distributing the combined weight of the device and payload for enhanced stability. The entire device folds into a compact size and can be stored in a small space when not in use. The invention allows a person of average physique to safely lift heavy goods to overhead lofts without climbing ladders or holding loads overhead, using only manual cranking
