The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for producing a high pressure composite overwrapped pressure vessel with enhanced structural performance and reliability. The method comprises preparing a seamless polymer liner by pulverizing polymeric raw materials, including high density polyethylene with optional natural reinforcements, followed by rotational moulding under controlled heating and bi axial rotation. The liner is mounted on a mandrel within a temperature and humidity controlled chamber and reinforced using a filament winding process. An enhanced epoxy resin composite incorporating carbon based additives such as graphene is prepared and maintained at controlled viscosity for effective fiber impregnation. Reinforcement fibers are wound under real time tension monitoring, roller assisted compaction, and uniform resin application via a sprayer. Excess resin is recovered through a closed loop recirculation system. The resulting pressure vessel exhibits improved fiber matrix bonding, reduced void content, and achieves a test pressure of at least 1150 bar for a nominal working pressure of 700 bar.
