Abstract: Abstract Marine Biomass Sequential Valorization and Resource Recovery System The present invention discloses a Marine Biomass Sequential Valorization and Resource Recovery System configured to maximize utilization of marine macroalgal biomass via integrated multi-stage processing workflow. The system comprises a marine biomass preparation module, a bioactive compound recovery module, a residual biomass preservation module, a transition management module, a controlled biomass conversion module, a resource recovery module, and a product collection module. Bioactive compounds are selectively recovered during a primary extraction stage while preserving the residual biomass for subsequent processing. The preserved biomass is evaluated against predetermined suitability criteria before undergoing controlled conversion to produce fermentable sugars. The recovered bioactive compounds and fermentable sugars are separately collected as independent value-added products. The sequential architecture minimizes biomass waste, enhances process sustainability, and enables comprehensive utilization of marine biomass for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and other industrial applications through a scalable integrated marine biorefinery platform.
