Abstract: A marine debris removal device, comprises of a hexagonal base 101 that is developed to be positioned on a surface of a water body of a marine, plurality of inflatable pockets 102 with an inflation unit 103 enables base 101 to float on surface of the water body, a pair of motorized paddle wheels 104 for a locomotion of base 101 on the water body, a microphone 110 enables a user to input voice command regarding removing debris from water body, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 109 determines debris on surface of water body, a telescopic arm 105 a having a rectangular flap 106 maneuvers debris onto conveyor belt 201, a storage container 107 collects absorbed oil, a weight sensor detects a weight in container 107 and a speaker 108 generates an audio warning for a user regarding an emptying of container 107.
