The massage device comprises: a body part; a first body housing forming one side of the body part; a second body housing forming the other side of the body part and formed to be symmetrical to the first body housing; an inter-housing space part which is formed between the first and the second body housing and in which a part of the human body requiring improvement of blood flow and promotion of blood circulation is selectively disposed; first linear type tapping wings rotatably disposed outside the first body housing and tapping one side of the human body disposed in the inter-housing space part; a first wing rotation motor for generating power for rotating the first linear type tapping wings; second linear type tapping wings tapping the other side of the human body disposed in the inter-housing space part; a second wing rotation motor for generating power for rotating the second linear type tapping wings; an input part for inputting a first and a second driving control signal for driving the first and the second wing rotation motor, respectively; and a controller for controlling selective or simultaneous driving of the first and the second wing rotation motor according to the first and the second driving control signal.
