The system (100) includes an assessment module (104) to receive an input from the instructor including a sample question, number of questions required for an assessment and difficulty level of the assessment, via the IDB and a plurality of questions based on the received input for conducting the assessment for the attendees of the information dissemination sessions. The system (100) also includes an evaluation module (108) to receive via the IDB, response sheets associated with the conducted assessment for the attendees, to determine assessment outcomes for the each attendee by evaluating the received response sheets and to generate an insights report regarding the conducted assessment for the attendees based on the determined assessment outcomes of the each attendee.
