A data analyzer (110) to generate a competency profile for each of the participants based on the captured annotations and the obtained attributes of the participants, by employing an Artificial Intelligence model and a response generator (111) generate replies for the one or more participants in the session and suggestions regarding actions to be taken by an instructor of the session based on the generated competency profiles and the annotations associated with the participants for enhancing the effectiveness of the information dissemination session.
