Abstract: ABSTRACT “MEDI-CODE PLATFORM FOR VALIDATION-CONTROLLED PATIENT TREATMENT STATE SYNCHRONIZATION” A hardware- implemented distributed event-to-state synchronization platform (100) comprises processing nodes (101), a Source Adapter Layer (130), a Clinical Record Structuring Engine (135), a Multi-Identifier Patient Resolution Engine (120), a Validation Engine (170), a Patient Treatment State registry (180) and a Source Synchronization Manager (205). Source transactions and patientsupplied documents (126) are converted into Canonical Treatment Event Schema records (141). Source-specific identifiers and patient-supplied identifiers are associated with a Patient Reference (121), and a provenance tuple (122) is retained. The Validation Engine (170) tests identity, provenance and consistency against a preceding validated Patient Treatment State Object (182) and generates a commit signal (171) only when those tests are satisfied. The registry (180) has no direct update path from upstream modules and accepts a state-transition request only with the commit signal (171). An accepted request creates an append-only Patient Treatment State Object (182) under an invariant TreatmentStateID (183). A failed event is stored as an unresolved event (177) without modifying the current validated state. A committed synchronization watermark (206) advances only after a state-transition commit or a durable unresolved disposition. A later source event is processed against the preceding validated Patient Treatment State Object (182). Reference Figure: 1.
