Abstract: Emergency medical response systems face delays, limited real-time assessment, and poor accessibility in remote or resource constrained settings. Conventional approaches depend on manual triage, centralized ambulances, and delayed patient–provider communication. This invention discloses a computer-implemented intelligent emergency response system integrating user-initiated requests, automated triage classification, and drone-assisted medical delivery. Multimodal interfaces accept text inputs, wearable tracker data, and accessibility-driven interactions for inclusive access. A rule-based triage module categorizes cases into prioritized risk levels. Using priority and geolocation, a backend control system dispatches an autonomous GPS-navigated aerial drone to deliver essential medical supplies. On arrival, the system enables real-time vitals acquisition, remote doctor teleconsultation, and conditional activation of diagnostic and medicine dispensing modules under clinical supervision. The system improves response efficiency, decision accuracy, and scalable, decentralized healthcare delivery. Total Number of Words in Abstract:126
