Abstract: A medical device based on Aloe schweinfurthii (anteriacae) for preserving and regenerating living cells, in particular the cells of the periodontal ligament of avulsed permanent teeth. The present invention relates to the technical field of preserving living cells, in particular the cells of the periodontal ligament, through the use of concentrations of 5 to 50% of the mucilaginous gel of Aloe schweinfurthii in the avulsion of the permanent teeth. The invention provides a preservation medium at low cost and with maximum safety in terms of being harmless; in fact the studies of its general oral toxicity in rats have not shown any damage to the organs during the study period. This allows us to formulate a medical device for safely preserving the living periodontal cells of the avulsed teeth.
