An autonomous flight control unit enables GNSS-based navigation, safety monitoring, and mission execution. The UAV further incorporates a long-range radio-frequency communication system providing real-time telemetry, audio, and video transmission without reliance on cellular or internet networks. The invention enables reliable, point-to-point medical transport and remote emergency support under adverse terrain, weather, and infrastructure-failure conditions, thereby improving response time and survivability in critical medical scenarios.
