The systeiTI includes key features such as electronic medical records (EMRs), real-time report generation, diagnostic test tracking, appointment history, prescriptions, billing, and patient demographics. Through a rolebased access model, it ensures that sensitive health information is accessible only to authorized users, supporting both patient privacy and compliance with standards such as HIP AA or equivalent local healthcare regulations. Healthcare providers benefit from rapid access to historical data, improved clinical decision-making, and the ability to coordinate care across departments and institutions. Patients can securely view their own medical history, test results, and visit summaries through a dedicated portal, encouraging transparency and engagement in their own healthcare journey.
