Abstract: The invention relates to a medicinal composition and a process for preparing a formulation for the management of childhood obesity and Prader-Willi Syndrome. The composition comprises 85–94 wt.% of a macronutrient base containing 25–35 wt.% of proteins, 35–45 wt.% of carbohydrates, and 15–17 wt.% of fats, combined with 3–5 wt.% of dietary fibers, 3–5 wt.% of a mineral matrix, and 0.030–0.055 wt.% of a vitamin matrix. The industrial preparation process involves high-shear ribbon dry- blending of the macronutrient components at 45–60 rpm, pressure injection of liquefied fats for liquid-solid micro-encapsulation, and low-shear planetary mixing of de- clumped fibers to preserve macromolecular integrity. A standardized micronutrient pre-mix is prepared via a multi-step geometric dilution using ball-milled minerals and vitamins. The final uniform, stable formulation is sealed under an inert nitrogen atmosphere, providing a precise caloric yield of 425.75 Calories per 100 grams.
