A multilingual processing framework enables interaction across multiple Indian languages and dialects through speech-to-text conversion, translation, and text-to-speech synthesis. The invention further comprises an emergency triage engine configured to classify user conditions into emergency and non-emergency categories based on symptom clarification workflows. Upon detection of an emergency condition, a geo-location module identifies nearby healthcare facilities within a predefined radius and activates an emergency helpline interface.
