Abstract: The present invention relates to a compact mechanical metal embossing and punching machine designed for producing decorative, textured, and functional patterns on metallic sheets. The system integrates a motor-driven cam assembly, a reciprocating embossing hammer, an adjustable multi-hole linkage connector, a sliding workpiece platform, and a synchronized gear-and-chain feed mechanism. The cam converts rotary motion into controlled vertical hammer impacts, while the adjustable linkage allows variation of stroke length, impact angle, and embossing depth for customizable patterns. The sliding platform, combined with the chain-and-gear feed, ensures precise, repeatable sheet positioning and sequential embossing without manual intervention. The invention delivers a mechanically reliable, energy-efficient, and user-friendly embossing solution suitable for small workshops, prototype manufacturing, and light industrial applications, offering high precision, repeatability, and reduced operational complexity compared to conventional systems.
