Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD, SYSTEM, AND DEVICE FOR REAL-TIME CONTEXTUAL PREDICTION AND DYNAMIC FULFILLMENT ROUTING FOR MULTI-MODAL GUEST SERVICES An omnichannel hospitality platform is disclosed for real- time contextual prediction and dynamic fulfillment routing of multi-modal guest services. A channel-agnostic messaging hub ingests guest messages and voice notes from heterogeneous channels and normalizes them to a common schema. A real-time trigger engine fuses environmental telemetry, behavioral signals, and external context to compute a propensity score that times proactive non-menu upsell offers, with revenue and acceptance logged. Voice notes are processed by automatic speech recognition and large-language- model-based natural language understanding to yield structured operational or commercial intents. A dynamic fulfillment router then selects between automated execution via a universal property management system connector or generation of structured staff tasks in a decoupled admin interface, ensuring value even without full PMS integration. The system, method, and device provide scalable, observable deployment across diverse channels and PMS environments.
