Abstract: The present document relates to a method and an electronic device including a flexible display. According to an embodiment, the electronic device may include: a plurality of batteries; a flexible display; a motor for driving at least a portion of the flexible display to move; a motor driving circuit connected to the motor; a switch circuit including a plurality of switches for switching between a first state in which the plurality of batteries are connected in series and a second state in which the plurality of batteries are connected in parallel; a memory for storing instructions; and a processor. According to an embodiment, the instructions, when executed by the processor, may cause the electronic device to: identify an event for switching the electrical connection state of the plurality of batteries; and control the switch circuit to switch the electrical connection state from the first state to the second state or from the second state to the first state on the basis of the identified event.
