Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a system based thereon for representing the individual personalised health and health-related data of at least one person. A digital 2D and/or 3D representation of the physical body of an individual person is used to explore the body of said person analogously to a landscape in order to derive conclusions regarding their state of health and/or their state of fitness, and recommendations are provided for treatment and/or improvement of these states. To this end, cluster-based analysis data from anonymised personal data of the system is used, obtained from a large amount of comparative data and normative data. Data volumes are employed in a targeted manner through the application of zooming in order to explore and treat the physical body of a person, and to create personalised behavioural recommendations and risk analyses.
