Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system of employee performance monitoring and management of employee performance evaluation that includes providing an automated, intelligent and real-time assessment of employee performance in an organizational environment. The invention combines employee activity tracking, analytical processing, AI to evaluate the activities, predictive analytics, cloud based data management and centralized reporting into a single enterprise management system. The system consists of a data acquisition module designed to gather operational data from attendance systems, workflow applications, communication applications, productivity applications and enterprise databases. Collected information is analyzed with intelligent analytical engines to create automated employee performance scores, productivity insights, behavioural analytics and operational suggestions. The invention also includes real-time monitoring processes and machine learning predictive models that can detect productivity patterns, performance fluctuations, disengagement and inefficiencies within the organization. Managers and administrators can access graphical analytics, comparison summary reports and automatic performance reports from a centralized dashboard and reporting system, for improved decision making and workforce management. The system can also be synced in the cloud and allows secure data access, making it suitable for remote and hybrid work setups. The disclosed invention provides a reduction in manual effort, minimizes evaluation bias, increases transparency, improves organizational productivity and enterprise deployment capabilities.
