The method includes receiving, by an User Equipment (UE) (150), at least one Radio Resource Control (RRC) configuration message in relation to at least one TRP of a plurality of TRPs (102a, 102b) within a cell (101) in a wireless communication system (100). The at least one RRC configuration message comprises one or more CORESETpoolindex for one or more 10 corresponding CORESETs associated with the at least one TRP. The at least one RRC configuration message is used to configure the one or more CORESETs and a plurality of search spaces associated with each CORESET. The method includes enabling reception of each PDCCH of a plurality of PDCCH from each TRP of the plurality of TRPs (102a, 102b) based on the at least one RRC configuration message.
