The method comprises receiving a confirmation probability score from a predictive model analyzing booking patterns and cancellation data; determining a contextual group based on user and booking characteristics; dynamically determining an eligibility threshold using a trained decision tree model that maps contextual groups to revenue-maximizing thresholds; calculating a final premium using a contextual multi-arm bandit module when the probability score exceeds the threshold; presenting the premium and receiving user acceptance; monitoring ticket status after chart preparation event; and automatically triggering a dual-component fulfilment process comprising cash refund and travel voucher issuance when tickets remain waitlisted. The system integrates machine learning models for dynamic threshold determination and optimal pricing, enabling data-driven risk management and automated fulfilment while adapting to changing demand patterns and contextual factors.
