Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR HANDLING SELF-ORGANIZING NETWORK DURING LOWER-LAYER TRIGGERED MOBILITY (LTM) CELL SWITCHING 5 The present disclosure discloses a method and system for handling a self- organizing network (SON) operation by a User Equipment (UE) during Lower- Layer Triggered Mobility (LTM) cell switch execution. The method comprises retaining, by the UE, one or more specific configurations upon execution of the LTM cell switching by the UE. For example, the specific 10 configurations is at least one of a logged measurement configuration (LMC) and a successful handover report (SHR) configuration. The method further comprises performing, by the UE, one or more operations based on the retained specific configurations.
