The method includes sending at least one of a suspend application programming interface (API) request and a resume API request to a network server based on the determination. The method also includes suspending the network services for the customers or resuming the network services for the customers based on the received request. The method and the system enable automated, large-scale, and resource- efficient network service management with enhanced reliability and operational accuracy.
