Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING ARTIFICIAL-INTELLIGENCE WORKFLOWS A method and system for monitoring an artificial-intelligence (AI) workflow is disclosed. Input data for initiating an evaluation session for monitoring the AI workflow is received. Contextual data for the input data is retrieved from one or more data sources based on a retrieval operation applied to the input data. An evaluation configuration for the evaluation session is selected from a plurality of versioned evaluation templates stored in a template registry. An evaluated context is generated by applying a context-evaluation operation to the contextual data. The AI workflow is executed using the input data and the evaluated context to generate output data. Trace data associated with the evaluation session is captured, wherein the trace data comprises execution information corresponding to at least the input data, the evaluated context, and the output data. One or more evaluation metrics are determined and used to generate an evaluation result for the evaluation session. [
