Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method (500) and system (108) for performing customer data adjustment operations in a network. The method includes authenticating, via an authentication unit (208), a user (102) using one or more authentication techniques to ensure that only authorized user can initiate the data adjustment operation. Upon successful authentication, a data management unit (210) stores customer-related adjustment data associated with the user (102). The data management unit (210) receives a bulk adjustment command from the user (102) through a command line interface (CLI) and forwards the command to a network node for execution. The network node determines adjustment parameters based on the stored data and predefined rules and performs the adjustments accordingly. The method facilitates large- scale data corrections, minimizes manual intervention, and ensures accurate, real-time compensation for customers. (fig.4)
