Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for cellular antiaging through oxidative stress reduction. The method comprises administering to mammalian cells a bioactive formulation containing a synergistic combination of sulforaphane, epigallocatechin-3- gallate, and curcumin in predetermined concentrations. The formulation activates the Nrf2-Keap1 signaling pathway, causing nuclear translocation of Nrf2 and transcriptional upregulation of antioxidant response element-driven cytoprotective genes including superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, heme oxygenase-1, and NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1. The method achieves reduction of intracellular reactive oxygen species by at least 40 percent, preservation of mitochondrial membrane potential, and attenuation of senescence-associated markers including beta-galactosidase activity and p16INK4a expression. The invention is applicable to diverse cell types and is suitable for therapeutic interventions in age-related diseases and cosmeceutical skin rejuvenation applications.
