Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for intellectual property rights management and infringement detection. The method comprises receiving information associated with one or more intellectual property assets and maintaining a centralized repository containing administrative, legal, technical, commercial, and ownership information throughout the lifecycle of the intellectual property assets. The method further comprises monitoring one or more digital and physical information sources to obtain information associated with products, services, publications, and commercial activities, comparing the obtained information with stored intellectual property information using predefined comparison parameters, identifying potential infringement events, generating infringement assessment records, storing supporting evidence, and generating notifications and analytical reports. The method further manages registration, prosecution, maintenance, renewal, licensing, assignment, commercialization, enforcement, and archival activities while providing secure access control, document management, audit logging, and multi-jurisdiction portfolio administration, thereby improving operational efficiency, traceability, compliance management, and protection of intellectual property rights.
