Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method (400) for manufacturing an integrated feeder (200). The method (400) includes forming (402) a conductive layer (202), positioning (404) the conductive layer (202) on a first die of a mould (204) using a plurality of locating features (206), placing (406) a second die of the mould (204) over the conductive layer (202) positioned on the first die, filling (408) the mould (204) with an insulating material via one or more gates configured in the mould (204) to form the integrated feeder (200) and demoulding (410) the second die to eject the formed integrated feeder (200) from the mould (204). The insulated feeder (200) integrated with insulating material, enhances electrical conductivity, reducing impedance, and improving manufacturing efficiency.
