Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable storage medium for transmission and reception point (TRP) switching. In a method, a network device selects a first transmission and reception point (TRP) of a plurality of TRPs in a coverage area of the network device, as a primary TRP for a terminal device. Then, the network device receives an uplink signal from the terminal device via the first TRP. Based on the reception of the uplink signal via the first TRP, the network device switches the primary TRP to a different second TRP of the plurality of TRPs.
