According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, user equipment (UE) includes at least one memory and at least one processor coupled to the at least one memory and configured to cause the UE to: transmit a measurement result to a centralized unit (CU) of a secondary node (SN); transmit another measurement result to a CU of a master node (MN); receive, from the CU of the SN, a secondary cell group (SCG) L1/L2-Triggered Mobility (LTM) configuration for one or more candidate cells; and receive at least one of the following from the MN: a configuration for a timer for fast master cell group (MCG) link recovery; a MCG LTM configuration for one or more candidate cells; or a layer 3 (L3) handover command.
