Abstract: ABSTRACT Methods and Systems for prioritizing a PLMN selection for a prioritized UE-service Embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for determining a prioritized PLMN for obtaining at least a required S-NSSAI service for a UE-Application in use. A UE (102) is on the first PLMN (PLMN-1) (104) which can support a network slice-x for a UE-Application1, but first PLMN (PLMN-1) (104) is an unprioritized PLMN for the network slice-x. As per network it is recommended for the UE (102) to use third PLMN (PLMN-3) (108) for the network slice-x. When a user closes the UE-Application1 and immediately opens a new UE- Application2 the UE (102), determines a prioritized Application between the Application1 and the Application2, using a reinforced learning on probability of occurrence of Applications. Based, on the determined prioritized Application a PLMN is prioritized for at least one required S-NSSAI accession. FIG. 4
