Abstract: Milk is a globally consumed beverage for its high calcium and protein content. It is consumed by individuals of all ages, creating a huge demand. Thus it is adulterated to increase the volume and its nutrition. The adulterants include-urea, starch, detergents and hydrogen peroxide. Consuming these adulterants is fatal. This leaves milk consumers in a very vulnerable position. Hence it is required for the user to be aware of the quality of milk they are consuming. The existing detectors are too expensive, bulky and not user friendly. Milk Sure steps in to provide an affordable, portable, convenient and a reliable solution. This is a portable device which checks glucose, hydrogen peroxide, formaldehyde, urea, soaps and detergents and starch. It uses multiple sensors - Amperometric circuitry to detect glucose, H202, Formaldehyde. Potentiometric circuitry for Urea. Impedimetric circuitry for Soaps & Detergents. All of the above sensors are classified under the electrochemical sensor but have different circuitries. Colorimeter is used for Starch. The sensors are stored inside a 3D-printed handheld hardware application. The processing takes place in ESP32 Microcontroller. The output is displayed in a LCD display with I2C interface, the data can be controlled by the buttons present on the device. Optionally the user can connect the device to their mobile phones. The device gives results within seconds which helps the user get accurate results quickly.
