Abstract: The present disclosure provides a mixer-grinder apparatus (100), comprising: a housing (102) comprising a motor (104), the motor (104) comprising a drive shaft (106); and a jar (108) comprising a blade assembly (110), the jar (108) removably coupled to an output shaft (106). A longitudinal axis (112) of the motor (104) is at an angle in the range of 40° to 70° relative to a horizontal base (116) of the housing (102), and a rotational axis (118) of the blade assembly (110) is at an angle in the range of 40° to 70° relative to the horizontal base (116) of the housing (102). Further, walls (122) of the jar (108) are substantially perpendicular to the horizontal base (116) of the housing (102).
