Abstract: ABSTRACT MODIFIED ONE-PART GEOPOLYMER FORMULATION FOR SUSTAINABLE WALL TILES AND ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATIONS The present invention relates to a modified one-part geopolymer formulation (MGF) for manufacturing sustainable wall tiles and architectural products using industrial and agro-industrial by-products. The formulation comprises ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), fine quartz waste (FQW), rice husk ash (RHA), and a solid alkali activator in a dry premix form requiring only addition of water for geopolymerization. The process eliminates the need for hazardous liquid alkaline activators and energy-intensive kiln firing associated with conventional ceramic and terracotta tile manufacturing. The formulation utilizes silica-rich industrial waste and agro waste to produce geopolymer tiles exhibiting improved compressive strength, reduced water absorption, enhanced durability, reduced efflorescence, and superior surface finish. The invention further provides an environmentally sustainable, low-carbon, and scalable solution for manufacturing wall tiles, architectural panels, cladding products, and related construction materials.
