The frame (101) includes a first region, a second region adjacent to the first region, and a third region adjacent to the second region, the regions each having an installation opening communicating with an exterior. The reactor assembly (40) is detachably connected to the pump assembly (20). The electronics and control assembly (50) is detachably connected to the reactor assembly (40). The apparatus is configured to allow the pump assembly (20), the reactor assembly (40), and the electronics and control assembly (50) to be laterally introduced through the installation openings into the first region, the second region, and the third region, respectively, for placement therein.
