Abstract: A modular fire shielding device for fire fighters, comprising a curved plate 101 having a first portion 201 and second portion 102, first portion 201 is integrated with a handle 202 for acquiring grip and orienting plate 101 in front of user to act as a shield, an imaging unit 103 embedded on second portion 102 monitor user’s surrounding, a transparent film 104 integrated at plate 101 center portion for visualizing surrounding, multiple electronically controlled nozzles 105 mounted on multiple chambers 106 arranged on periphery of first portion 201 sprinkle suitable extinguishing reagent in surrounding to extinguish fire, a pair of extendable flaps 107 arranged on lateral sides of plate 101 cover user’s body from each side for preventing direct exposure from fire, an inverted V-shaped plank 108 integrated with a drawer arrangement 109 establish a cover on user top portion for preventing collision with object over user’s head.
