By using neodymium permanent magnets and ferromagnetic tracks, the tiles generate smooth, controllable resistance without the need for external power. The modular structure allows users to assemble multiple tiles to create customized training zones suited for agility, strength, balance, and functional training exercises. In addition, optional smart sensing features, including load sensors, motion tracking, and wireless feedback, enable realtime monitoring of movement patterns and training intensity. This system aims to improve neuromuscular coordination, lower-body strength, and athletic performance while providing a safe, low-impact surface for rehabilitation.
