MUMBAI, India, Aug. 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641090108 A) filed by Climosys Technologies Private Limited on July 24, 2026, for Modular System And Method For Post-Harvest Operations Of Biological Produce Using Hybrid Architecture.

Inventor includes Sudhakar Rao Vemulapalli.

The application for the patent was published on July 31, 2026, under issue no. 31/2026.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a modular system (100) and method for post-harvest operations of biological produce using a hybrid architecture. The modular system (100) comprises a plurality of post-harvest processing modules (102) configured for multi-stage processing, a plurality of power sources (104), a control logic module (106), an edge-based control logic module (108ba), and a manual override mechanism (110). The plurality of power sources (104) includes a plurality of solar panels (104a) configured as a primary energy source, a battery energy storage system (104b) configured to store and supply electrical power to the plurality of post-harvest processing modules (102), and a grid power source (104c) configured as a backup source. The control logic module (106) and the edge-based control logic module (108ba) are configured to manage power distribution, thereby ensuring continuous 24 hour operation and providing uninterrupted thermal energy for post-harvest processing of biological produce under diverse climatic conditions.
