Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a wearable device (100) and a method (200) for monitoring peripheral thermal patterns of a user for facilitating wellbeing. In one example, the wearable device (100) may include an array of temperature sensors (104) and a controller (106). The array of temperature sensors (104) may be disposed at a plurality of peripheral body regions of the user that generates temperature data. From the temperature data, thermal mapping information indicative of spatial and temporal temperature variations across the plurality of peripheral body regions may be generated, based on which one or more peripheral thermal indicators associated with peripheral circulation and thermal comfort of the user may be determined. Based on the one or more peripheral thermal indicators, an output comprising a wellness indicator, a wellness recommendation, an alert, and/or a warming command, for facilitating wellbeing of the user may be generated.
