MUMBAI, India, July 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411057692 A) filed by Indian Council Of Agricultural Research on July 30, 2024, for Monoclonal Antibodies Against Bovine Pregnancy Associated Glycoprotein-2.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a monoclonal antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to the bovine pregnancy-associated glycoprotein- 2 (BuPAG-2). The present disclosure also relates to a method for producing hybridoma cells and generation of anti-pregnancy associated glycoprotein-2 monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal antibody of the present disclosure is useful in early pregnancy detection of bovines.
