The system (100) processes inertial, muscular, and pressure-responsive signals to generate a unified motion-state representation corresponding to detected movement behaviour. A calibration and synchronization module (114) aligns sensor timing and actuator-response intervals for maintaining synchronized operational performance. The system (100) identifies oscillatory movement characteristics and generates adaptive control signals for selective stimulation operations. A haptic feedback driver circuit (112) produces actuator-driving electrical waveforms corresponding to vibration amplitude, activation frequency, and pulse duration parameters. A piezoelectric actuator array (106) delivers localized vibrotactile stimulation aligned with detected movement periodicity. The system (100) achieves synchronized low-latency movement stabilization, adaptive vibrotactile feedback generation, improved actuator-control precision, and enhanced wearable responsiveness during continuous upper-limb activity.
