Abstract: A motor rehabilitation and assessment system, comprising a base platform 101, a balance plate 103, enabling rotational movement, a plurality of gimbal joints 104 to stimulate unstable surface conditions challenging patient equilibrium during rehabilitation stages, a plurality of vibration motors to generate controlled oscillations, a surface panel storage chamber 109 storing a plurality of surface panels of varying surface textures designed to vary the somatosensory stimulation for the user, a telescopic arm 110 to retrieve the user-selected surface panel from the storage chamber 109 and replace with the surface panel on the balance plate 103, a first interactive display panel 113 to provide cognitively engaging visual rehabilitation tasks for the user, an imaging unit 108 to continuously monitor the user and enable an AI (artificial intelligence) module integrated with a microcontroller embedded in the base platform 101 to analyze physical behavior of the user in real-time.
