Abstract: The present invention relates to an autonomous Mosquito Repellent and Sprayer (MRS) Bot designed for the detection, monitoring, and treatment of mosquito breeding sites formed due to stagnant water accumulation. The system comprises a mobile robotic platform equipped with a top-mounted sprayer, a bottom-mounted sprinkler, a water stagnation sensor, obstruction detection sensors, a GPS module, and a navigation controller. The robot autonomously follows a predefined route defined by thermoplastic white line markings and continuously monitors its surroundings for stagnant water bodies that may serve as mosquito breeding habitats. Upon detecting stagnant water, the system records the precise geographical location via GPS, transmits the data to cooperative authorities, activates the sprinkler and sprayer mechanisms, and dispenses a controlled quantity of larvicide to eliminate mosquito larvae and prevent further breeding. The obstruction sensors enable autonomous obstacle avoidance, ensuring uninterrupted operation in diverse environments. The system further includes a material-level monitoring mechanism to verify the availability of larvicide and spray solution before deployment, and an automatic return-to-charge function upon completion of the assigned route. The invention provides a cost-effective, efficient, and automated solution for mosquito control, reducing the spread of mosquito-borne diseases while improving public health and environmental sanitation
