Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-layer airflow and micro-vibration Internet of Things (IoT) mesh system for early detection and prediction of crowd crush conditions in protests and high-density public gatherings. The system comprises distributed IoT sensor nodes equipped with airflow sensors, turbulence detectors, micro-vibration sensors, and environmental sensors configured to monitor crowd-induced physical and environmental changes. An embedded edge artificial intelligence engine locally processes sensor data to identify airflow collapse, vibration harmonics, panic-wave propagation, and dangerous crowd compression, thereby generating real-time danger indexes without capturing personal information. The nodes communicate through a decentralized self-healing mesh network capable of functioning during network congestion, communication shutdowns, or low-visibility conditions such as smoke or darkness. The invention provides localized alerts and predictive crowd-risk analysis, enabling proactive intervention before crowd crush incidents occur while maintaining privacy, reliability, and operational resilience in dynamic protest environments.
