The system (100) includes an anti-static input hopper (102), a vibratory feeder (104), and a conveyor assembly (106) that continuously conveys micro- embellishments through a cascade of six sorting subsystems (108) classifying by size, shape, weight, material composition, surface texture, and color without interrupting movement. A controller (122) processes sensor signals and coordinates actuation, directing classified micro-embellishments into a sorted embellishment collection bin assembly (128).
