Abstract: The present disclosure provides a novel multi-parameter device designed for rapid, non-invasive and field deployable health assessment in buffaloes. The said device by integrating multiple chemically optimised reagents pads on a single paper strip enables simultaneous detection of key urinary parameters including nitrite, protein, pH, specific gravity and bilirubin from a single urine sample. The present disclosure offers a practical, reliable and cost-effective diagnostic tool for routine veterinary practice, early disease detection and large-scale health monitoring of buffalo population.
