Abstract: A patch for monitoring physiological data of a user is described herein and methods for using such patch. An exemplary patch comprises (a) a base configured to come in contact with a surface of a user; (b) one or more sensors operably coupled to the base, the one or more sensors configured to monitor the physiological data from the user; and (c) an electronic module in communication with the one or more sensors, the electronic module configured to receive the monitored physiological data. The base of such a patch may comprise one or more adhesive regions and one or more non-adhesive regions, and the one or more non-adhesive regions are configured to flatten or bulge between the adhesive regions.
