The device (100) comprises at least one Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) optical sensor (102) for measuring temperature and motion, a heart rate variability (HRV) sensor (104) for generating cardiac rhythm signals, and a galvanic skin response (GSR) sensor (106) for detecting electrodermal activity. A processor unit (108) receives and time-aligns multimodal physiological signals, and a data fusion module (110) integrates the signals to generate synchronized datasets. A machine learning unit (112) processes the datasets to derive composite physiological biomarkers and predictive indicators of neuro-autonomic conditions. A wireless communication interface (114) transmits data to an external device (116) for display, storage, or analysis. The device (100) enables non-invasive, continuous, and synchronized physiological monitoring through a compact wearable architecture.
