Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-species microbial consortium for plant growth support and agricultural disease management. The consortium comprises four selected microbial strains, namely Bacillus amyloliquefaciens KBE44, Bacillus subtilis KBE26, Streptomyces carpaticus A11, and Actinoalloteichus spitiensis A29. The strains are selected based on their antagonistic activity against plant pathogens and compatibility with one another. The target pathogens include Magnaporthe oryzae, Bipolaris oryzae, and Rhizoctonia solani. Antagonistic activity is evaluated through suitable laboratory assays, including dual-culture testing, while compatibility assessment supports selection of strains for consortium development. The selected microbial preparations are combined to obtain a multi-species formulation and subsequently formulated into tablets using suitable compatible carrier materials. The tablet form is intended to facilitate handling, packaging, storage, and standardized agricultural application. The consortium provides a microbial-based approach to biological crop protection and is intended for evaluation in suitable agricultural systems, subject to validation of microbial viability, formulation stability, safety, and disease-management performance under relevant cultivation conditions.
