Multimodal data including crop images, soil parameters, and environmental parameters are preprocessed and fused. A confidence-aware adaptive fusion controller (116) dynamically adjusts modality weights based on reliability metrics to enhance robustness. Disease classification and yield estimation are performed at the edge, while periodic retraining is conducted via a cloud server (114). The system enables real-time agricultural decision support and improved prediction accuracy under heterogeneous field conditions.
